The Jorg Dubin Jazz Quartet is mostly local to Laguna Beach and has been on the local music scene for a number of years. They had a long run as a regular house band at The Ranch at Laguna Beach. They have been the regular house band at Zinc Cafe in downtown Laguna Beach every summer when the cafe opens its doors for dinner. Although the band makeup has evolved, the Quartet has held true to its own renditions of jazz favorites (plus some) over the years. Most recently seen regularly at the Hotel Laguna and now debuting at Harley Laguna Beach, the quartet consists of: Allen Takatsuka on piano, Howard Conn on guitar, Adrian Turner on bass, and of course Jorg Dubin on the drums. All are top notch musicians also appearing in other formats throughout OC venues.
